Description
Mermaid Protector Fish Skin Jackets are the sustainable thermal equivalent of 3 mm neoprene. They are the Thermal Performance Class D and ideal for the use in tropical waters with a minimum temperature of 24° C or more as well as on land. The designs of the Jackets are inspired by the ocean and marine creatures.
The Jackets come with high quality zippers and flat seams specially made for the use in water sports. But if you like to wear your Jacket outside the water it looks really fashionable combined with jeans and shirt. The Jackets fit perfectly together with our Fullsuits and Long Johns for the use in water sports but they are trendy solutions for being best protected on land against wind, cold and rain, too.
The Jackets are made of the typical high-tech 3-layer fabric. The outer layer is a recycled polyester fabric with a water-repellent coating (FREON FREE). The middle layer is a breathable membrane. The inner layer is an ultra-soft microfiber fleece that keeps you warm and cozy, even outside the water.
Made in Europe:
Outer layer: 92% recycled polyester, 8% spandex, water-repellent (FREON FREE) coating
Middle layer: TPU membrane 280 g/sm
Inner layer: 85% recycled polyester, 15% spandex fleece

“Turbo Diver” Design:
Turtles – an unprecedented success story of evolution. They conquered the oceans and continents of the world. Their habitat includes forests and deserts, lakes and swamps and extends from the depths of the oceans over river floodplains up to the highlands. They have seen countless species come and go. Turtles are now more vulnerable than many realize. Their habitats are severely restricted and threatened by humans. With our design we want to draw attention to this tragedy. Tortoises are slow, like their evolution. The extinction of their species, however, runs at turbo speed.
