„Parrot Fish Puzzle“ Design by Manuela Kirschner:
Parrotfish are known for their wonderfully colored scales. All the shots making up the design are macro images; close-up shots of the color patterns of fins, scales, and eyes. They are from various animals the artist has photographed on several dives in the Red Sea and in Indonesia / Raja Ampat. Parrotfish live in coral-rich reefs and lagoons and are widespread in the Indo-Pacific. Their colors and intensities vary from animal to animal. They are often shy and swim fast.
Manuela Kirschner has been diving for more than 30 years with the same joy, enthusiasm and curiosity as her first descent into the miracle world of the seas. She has won several prizes in national and international underwater-photo competitions. Manuela is a dive and rebreather instructor who with her husband, Dr. Matthias Bergbauer, is engaged in ID-Books projects such as the “Indo-Pacific Reef Guide” and the “Mediterranean Sea Guide” with more books in production. Manuela’s great pride is the dive magazine “Silent World”, which showcases dive travel and marine conservation projects. “People only protect what they know.” Manuela Kirschner’s collection supports the “Turtle Foundation”, an initiative to protect endangered sea turtles and their habitats.
Dear friends and fans of our sustainable watersports fashion clothing brand –
We have adapted our business model to the spirit of the times and decided against mass production.
Most of our products are made to order, and only when you place an order with us. This way we can offer you the sizes you need and designs you want, and you will receive quality products that are made in small quantities and according to your needs. This way we contribute together to sustainability in the fashion sector and avoid unnecessary overproduction and misproduction.
Therefore, please understand that products that we make at your request, can not be returned. Custom-made products and/or individual adjustments make your order unique and cannot be returned or exchanged. The discounted items we have currently on sale – past season designs, ends of lines/ collections and misproduction items – are excluded from returns and exchanges. We are happy to advise you before your purchase regarding suitable sizes, the correct body measurements taking, or provide you with fabric samples. In the end, everyone will get their perfect Mermaid Protector or Oceanos product.
We also ask you to keep in mind that no two products in our collection are alike. Depending on the size and position of the pattern on the printed fabric, our products may differ from the images shown.
This product is only available on request (pre-order). Delivery time from order is currently between 2 and 3 months.
